The notion came to me late one night whilst in bed with an ex partner. In a nutshell, Sweet Dreams is about using intimacy as a distraction, whether it be sex, or just loving affection to feel safe and warm in order to ease your anxieties and help you drift off to sleep. It comes from a place of tenderness rather than lust.
